Bio: My passion for football is lifelong, and for 14 years I've had the privilege of sharing that passion by coaching others. I'm dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential through hard work, strategic training, and a shared love of the game.

Bio: Lionel brings a wealth of experience as both a former professional football player and a seasoned coach across multiple sports. A standout Defensive Back at Northern Illinois University, he served as Team Co-Captain, earned All-MAC honors, and was awarded MVP at the 2004 Silicon Valley Classic Bowl. Following college, he played as a free agent for the Cleveland Browns and with the Montreal Alouettes. Transitioning to coaching, Lionel spent several years guiding youth athletes as a basketball, track, and junior peewee football coach, and served as a coach for the Georgia Gridiron Classic from 2014-2017. He is passionate about instilling discipline, teamwork, and resilience in young athletes.
