Jesse Owens Park

Bio: I am from Chicago IL, I an a recent graduate from Joliet Junior College where I played short stop and second base, R/L hand hitter, and competed in the 2023 NJCAA World Series in New York. Along with my experience in softball, I am a behavioral technician who works with individuals with autism. I have a passion for softball and am excited to teach the next generation of great athletes.

Bio: Playing baseball since I was only a few years old, I have had the opportunity to play for many teams and many different coaches from highschool to professional. This has allowed me to retain a large amount of information, techniques, and drills in order to address multiple facets of a players game. Additionally, my long time as a player has allowed me to appreciate the necessity for approaching drills from a comprehensive and purposeful standpoint, explaining why the drill is important and how it directly would translate or address a certain weakness from a practical understanding as opposed to a "because I said so" standpoint
