Bio: My name is Joey, I’m a Father, Marine Veteran, Husband and my passion for golf is driven by the profound impact it has had on my mental well-being. After suffering a major injury that left me feeling depressed and doubtful about ever playing again, I managed to overcome the odds and return to the game with a renewed vigor. This journey not only improved my golfing skills but also gave me a fresh perspective on life and resilience. It is this transformative experience that fuels my desire to teach new golfers, as I want to share the joy and mental clarity that golf has given me. As an instructor, I bring a blend of humor, energy, and enthusiasm to my teaching. I believe that the most important aspect of learning golf is to have fun, and I strive to create a positive and engaging environment for my students. Being a father, I have a special knack for inspiring kids and helping them get excited about new activities. My approach is interactive and supportive, ensuring that each student feels encouraged and motivated to improve. Whether you are a child or an adult, my goal is to help you discover the joy of golf and the life lessons it can offer. In addition to teaching the fundamentals of golf, I emphasize the importance of strength training, stretching, mobility, and exercise as key components to improving performance and maintaining overall health. I believe that physical fitness off the course translates directly to confidence and consistency on the course. My instruction includes guidance on how to build healthy habits that support both your golf game and your overall well-being.

Bio: I bring a wealth of experience to the court, having played tennis professionally in college for four years at Spring Hill University in Mobile. Following my collegiate career, I transitioned to coaching and have been sharing my passion for the sport locally for the past 5 years. My background as a competitive player and dedicated coach allows me to provide valuable insights and personalized instruction to players of all levels.
