Bio: I played in the NFL for the New England Patriots under Bill Belichick, sharing the field with Tom Brady during a Super Bowl-contending run. Before that, I was a top recruit, ranked the No. 4 wide receiver in California, a Top 25 safety in the nation, and the 33rd overall athlete in the country. I earned a full scholarship to UCLA, where I became a standout defensive back and leader on the field. I built Lockett Performance Training (LPT) from the ground up to be the #1 sports performance academy on the West Coast. Over the past decade, we’ve helped 100% of our high school athletes reach Division I football through a system designed for elite results. At LPT (www.lockettperformance.com) we prepare athletes on every level. We focus on position-specific technical training, game-day IQ, and advanced film breakdown through our in-house Film Academy. We train the mind through breathwork, mental conditioning, and performance psychology backed by neuroscience. We work directly with high school coaches to ensure alignment.
