I have years of experience playing basketball since I was a child throughout high school and intramurally in college. I have been a freelance trainer for about 3 years as I have taken on clients who want to improve in forest hills league from an Asian community as well as any players who would like to improve. I specialize in plyometric training exercises that improve vertical jumping, speed and quickness.
