Bio: With three years of dedicated yoga instruction, my coaching style is rooted in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and mindful space where students of all levels feel supported in their practice. I focus on building a strong foundation in alignment and breathwork, while also encouraging self-awareness and gentle exploration of movement. My lessons typically begin with grounding breathwork and intention-setting, followed by a flow of postures that balance strength, flexibility, and relaxation. I adapt sequences to meet the unique needs of each student, offering modifications and hands-on guidance when appropriate. Every session I incorporate yoga games to let loose and shake it off, to make each class more enjoyable than the last. Every session closes with restorative poses and meditation to promote balance, calm, and a deeper connection to self.
I teach all ages, as young as age 2! I offer mommy and me classes, and family sessions. I specialize in yoga and meditation; from children, to mental health, pregnancy, womenโs health, menโs health, breath work, yoga nidra, yin yoga and much more.
