Wrightsville Beach Park

Bio: My yoga journey started back in 2005 at the age of 17. After 15 years of consistent practice I completed my first 200hr yoga teacher training in 2020 under Heather Metzler at Wilmington Yoga Center and started actively teaching right away. I’ve been also trained in prenatal yoga (being 34 weeks pregnant myself) and pranayama. At the moment I’m working towards my 500hr. I have a mix of classic hatha and ashtanga background which make my vinyasa classes powerful and alignment focused. However, I love bringing creative sequencing to my classes to keep both the body and mind flexible and strong.
