Bio: Hello! I'm Matthew, but most people call me Vince. I'm a registered USA Boxing Green Level Coach, eager to share my love of the sweet science with you! Over the past 6 years, I've developed a deep passion for the sport, which has completely transformed my physical and mental well-being, improving my health, my confidence, my stress and anxiety. I currently train and coach at Topeira Boxing Club in Denver, where I work with all experience levels, from people who have never thrown a punch, up to recent Golden Gloves champions. I'm experienced in coaching all fitness levels and ages, and I can't wait to help you discover the world of boxing.
