Bio: As someone with a kinesthetic learning style also with a lifelong passion for boxing, I've spent years immersed in the sport, constantly learning and refining my understanding of its nuances. My journey has led me from being a dedicated student of the game to being a hands-on trainer & teacher with ten plus years of experience training individuals and 4 years of formal coaching, I'm committed to sharing my knowledge and passion with others. I believe in fostering a supportive and challenging environment where boxers of all levels can grow, improve their skills, and achieve their goals.
