Bio: My name is Taylor Smith and I have over 10 years of playing experience from junior high to college. I was the head varsity soccer coach where I took my high school to the first ever regional championship game is school history, along with 3 district championships. I worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the college level, as well as, 4 years at the high school.
I can help develop sprint mechanics, strength/power, skill or walk athletes through what it takes to put themselves in the best position to play at the next level and manage realistic expectations.
