Shaun started In-Phase Training in the summer of 2021, combining his long-time experience as an educator and high school coach with a desire to share his knowledge with a wider audience. With a deep-rooted connection to sports—having played college football and grown up with a father who was a collegiate coach—Shaun has been immersed in athletics his entire life. He knows what it takes to compete at the next level and is passionate about helping athletes succeed, both on the field and in life. With 12 years of high school coaching experience, a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and certification as a Personal Trainer, Shaun is qualified and deeply committed to his athletes. His motto, "When You Win, We Win," reflects his dedication to the success and growth of every athlete he trains.

I played Quarterback and Free Safety in multiple schemes from an Option and Pro Style offense to a Spread/Air Raid. I have a unique insight and ability to develop players overall or in specific areas. My approach blends strategic insight with a commitment to personalized player growth.
