Ed is a highly accomplished martial artist with a professional fighting background, having won championships in both Muay Thai and MMA. With a certification as a black belt in four different martial arts, Ed brings a wealth of expertise and discipline to his coaching. His deep understanding of martial arts, combined with his competitive experience, allows him to teach students of all levels the skills and mindset needed to succeed in combat sports.
"I was tentative at first to take up Muay Thai because it seemed like most fighters were "a-holes" full of bravado but after meeting Ed I totally changed my mind! I'm not an "alpha-male" by any means but wanted to take up a physically challenging workout and self-defense system. This is it! Also, it may see expensive but then again, what is your health, safety, and peace of mind worth?
