Bio: All my lessons will be on our own, brand new, beautiful, private courts in Lakewood Ranch!! No pressure from the public!! I offer professional (PPR certified)pickleball sessions, specializing in both the technical (biomechanics) and mental (sports psychology) aspects of the game. With 16 years of experience in tennis and 5 in pickleball, I have the knowledge and tools to help you achieve your goals, whether you're a beginner or an advanced player. We'll get you solid on the Core 4 strokes, rules of the game, quick tips for fast improvements, and proper mechanics and movements to prevent injuries while upping your game! During our time together, I'll also offer many health and wellness tips/ suggestions that will improve your mind, body, health & wellness and even recovery from any level of physical activity. We will make all our sessions fun and educational! I value your time and money, so I make you get the most out of your investment with me.
