With a great background as an instructor and a player, Max brings his expertise and passion to the court, helping you to improve your Pickleball game. Max Johnson was born and raised in the Johnson County area with a passion for sports. In 2020, Max found the incredible sport of Pickleball. His pickleball passion grew quickly and before he knew it, he was playing everyday for multiple hours. Max was geat. I had played tennis in high school, but basically nothing for over 50 years. Prior to Max, I had one group lesson, but it wasn’t enough to learn the very basics. With Max, my confidence greatly improved. I’m going to try another open play before another lesson. I have several great takeaways, including crouching more and keeping my arm straight, and striking the ball in the middle of the paddle. Max was very encouraging and convinced me I could advance to the intermediate level with some good guidance.
