Bio: As a lifelong tennis player, making the transition to Pickleball has been the funnest process I have pursued in my adult life. My coaching process is geared towards building the foundations of Pickleball for players of all levels, while maintaining laughter and having fun during the learning process. I am a huge proponent of filming shots to assess form, technique and positioning to maximize growth and understanding of various Pickleball strategies. I look forward to sharing some laughter with you as you grow into a higher level pickleballer!

As a high-level pickleball player with over 8 years of racket sports experience and more than 6 years of personal training and conditioning coaching, I bring a unique approach to helping players unlock their potential. My coaching combines expert swing mechanics, strategic court positioning, and tailored strength and mobility training — all designed to help you improve your game, prevent injuries, and lead a stronger, healthier life both on and off the court.
