Bio: I lead yoga classes in addition to pickleball games to help fitness enthusiasts enjoy the sport and stay fit well into their 90s. My mission over the last decade has been to “prevent Pickleball from becoming Crippleball.” By integrating mindfulness with pickleball, I aim to enhance not just performance on the court but also overall health and well-being, creating a holistic approach to staying active and living a good life.

Bio: Kirsten is a PPR Level 2 Coach and Youth Development Coach, Internationally certified RPPK+ DUPR Pickleball Director, USA Pickleball Ambassador, Selkirk Advocate and AIM7.Inc Ambassador. Kirsten is clearly dedicated to the growth of pickleball while emerging as a professional pickleball player herself. As an instructor Kirsten teaches the 4 pilers of pickleball…Technical, Tactical, physical and mental components of the game. Strategy, shot sequence and finesse are some of her favorite topics!!!!
