In Pickleball Kata training, similar to karate, we focus on detailed, pre-arranged forms or patterns of movements. Pickleball Kata is practiced solo or in pairs to: * Memorize and perfect techniques: Repeated execution in grains proper form. * Develop muscle memory and reflexes: Movements become natural and automatic. * Improve focus and concentration: It's a moving meditation of pickleball

McGaw Park offers 8-12 dedicated outdoor hard pickleball courts with permanent lines/nets, open play schedule, rentals, restrooms, parking. First-come-first-served unless reserved.
- Parking: Three parking areas available in the park, including east parking lot for trail head access.
- Outdoor facility
- Entrance: The entrance to McGaw Park is located on the east side, off of Lacy Road, near the intersection with Syene Road in Fitchburg.
Open play: Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat/Sun 8am-11am; Tue/Thu 5-8pm. First-come-first-served unless scheduled.
