I’m a former division 1 college tennis player who is currently the head tennis coach for the boys team at Canby High School. I’ve been playing pickle ball for over 20 years and I look forward to sharing my knowledge and love for the game with students and players from a variety of backgrounds.

The lesson was quite steady, I’d say, especially since we managed a good rally, which was pretty satisfying. Though, I think more focus on rallies and the rules could help build overall game confidence. Still, Luke has a calm way about him, which makes it easier to stay engaged. I might try to work on those aspects in future lessons, but this one was a solid experience. If you’re after lessons that build a relaxed yet purposeful atmosphere, it’s worth giving Luke a try.

I think the lesson with Luke was quite helpful, especially since he was patient and had good patience throughout, which made me feel more comfortable on the court. Luke was great to work with. He was very patient and energetic as he had to chase after all of my balls! He provided a great deal of support and suggestions for various techniques to serve and hit the ball. I got a great deal out of my experience working with Luke.
