My coaching philosophy centers on 3 core foundations: 1) Love the game first, build skills second. 2) Create confidence on and off the field. 3) Foster a culture of creativity, independence, and determination. I bring multiple aspects of personal development as key takeaways from all lessons, not drills and skills. I want every kid that I work with to love themselves and love the game!

Bio: Hi! I’m Josh. I have played soccer for as long as I can remember. Although I am no longer an active player, I still have much love for the game. My speciality is goalkeeper as that was my position for most of my time playing. I have coached many times and have been asked by my former club team to run goalie camps for them. I would love to make you a better soccer player.
