Bio: With 14 years of soccer instruction, I cultivate players' technical skills and tactical understanding. My focus is fostering confidence and teamwork for on and off-field success, creating a positive and challenging learning environment.

Bio: Hello! My name is Leonardo Palencia and I am currently playing soccer for West Valley College. I have been playing soccer ever since I was 3 years old and it has been the most important part of my life and it is something I love doing. In terms of my coaching experience I was an assistant coach for my dad’s youth team at the Central Valley soccer league for 2 years. More recently I have started up my own clinic where I trained elementary school kids and middle school aged kids in their technique and overall technical ability in the game.

Bio: Hailing from Los Angeles, California, I was instilled with a strong sense of discipline from a young age, a principle that has become the cornerstone of my personal and professional life. This mindset found its perfect expression on the soccer field, where I learned that dedication, strategy, and relentless effort are the keys to mastery. The game is more than a sport to me; it's a framework for leadership, resilience, and achieving ambitious goals.
