Bio: Monique has worked with different types of people from athletes to those with injuries, including herself. She is a fitness coach, yoga instructor and reiki master with experience in slow motion strength training, spin, kickboxing, and dancing. Learning about the human body, emotional distress, and mental capabilities, allows a connection in a different way. It is not just about the physical connection with the body, but connecting in other ways to fully improve our overall wellbeing. The goal is to provide information that is meaningful and embodies personal empowerment and development.
