Whether you're looking to improve your skills or just want to have fun on the course, I'm always up for a good time!

I coached pop warner football for 4 years in the San Fernando Valley and 2 of my former players made it to the NFL

I have been playing golf since I was 19. I fell in love with the game when a friend brought me to a driving range and started hitting balls -- it was love at first sight. I started borrowing clubs from my friend and hitting the range whenever I could. After developing my skills, it was not long before I started playing tournaments. Like everyone does, I started with the high handicap groups and over time and with lots of practice, I earned my way into the low handicap group. For me, golf is 90% mental and 10% skills. My practice places heavy emphasis specifically on short-game because I feel this is where a golfer can minimize a lot of strokes, more than driving. Drive for show, putt for dough, as they say! In addition to giving professional lessons, I have three kids, all of whom I taught how to play golf. My oldest was a high school golfer, joined the SCPGA Junior Tour, and still playing. Looking forward to sharing my love of golf with you!
"Frederick was very nice and patient with us (2) as new students. I booked him for my boyfriend and I to learn, as we both have no previous experience on golf but wanted to learn . He taught us the basics like stands, posture and grip, and how to go forward with the swing. For our first lesson, we learned so much. Finished with what he suggests to do to keep practicing at home and what recommendations Would book again

Riley Michaelis has been teaching and coaching for 9 years. After graduating from the Golf Academy of America in San Diego in 2014, Riley was immediately hired by the popular destination golf school “Golf Made Simple.” Riley rapidly worked his way up to lead coach, honing his skills, teaching thousands of hours of lessons to golfers of all levels. Riley’s approach is to help players learn the feel of their natural golf swing. Riley helps players truly understand the cause and effects of the golf swing that enhance ball contact and ball flight. Riley emphasizes an even blend of feel and technique, without creating information overload.
"I am a 15 handicap, twice a week golfer. I also spend at least 2 days a week at the range. A few weeks ago, I was watching Riley give lessons to a bunch of kids and they all seemed to swing better better than I do. We struck up a conversation and he really seemed to know what he was talking about, so right then and there, when he finished with the kids, I took my first lesson. He straightened out my weight shift and I was immediately a better golfer. Today, I took my second lesson. Now, I have taken many golf lessons in my life and seen some good and not so good results. Today, working with a new forward press and wrist cock position at address, I was hitting the ball 10 to 15 yards further with EVERY club! Yes, Every club!! This guy knows his stuff!!
