Hello! My name is Steven and I’m a former Division I tennis player. A little bit about me: I began my college tennis career at Eastern Washington University, a Division I school in the Big Sky Conference. I played #1 singles and competed against top programs such as the University of Washington, University of Utah, Gonzaga University, and the University of Oregon. After my sophomore year, I transferred to Indiana University Indianapolis, where I played primarily #2 singles and #2 doubles. During my time there, I earned multiple conference honors, including being named Horizon League Player of the Week twice and Doubles Team of the Week once. I also served as team captain during my senior year. I've been around the sport of tennis my entire life, and having the opportunity to coach is truly a privilege. Whether you're just starting out or have been playing for years, I'm ready to help take your game to the next level!

I am currently a collegiate baseball player with 15 years of playing experience. Including 2 at the Division 1 level. While I am taking this next year off to recover from to recover from elbow surgery I want to give back to the game of baseball and help the next generation of players achieve their dreams and aspirations.

About Me Like many ballplayers, I started young with tee ball but where I truly grew and refined my game was during my five years of college baseball. I pitched at Fullerton College for two years, then continued at Vanguard University (D2), and recently wrapped up a year as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Cal Baptist University (D1). Being part of multiple teams across different levels, I bring to the table a well-rounded perspective on the game. I’ve experienced a variety of coaching styles and systems, and I’ve taken the best from each to build an approach that works both as a player and now as a coach. Having advanced in the pro circuit for singles and medaled in both singles and doubles events at the highest level, I bring extensive competitive experience to my coaching. Currently, I teach in three different city programs, focusing on developing the basics and foundation of the game. Most of my students are 4.0 and 4.5 level players who consistently medal in tournaments. My favorite shot to teach is the third shot drop with the backhand roll.
