Presently, I wear multiple coaching hats: conducting youth basketball clinics with the Denver Nuggets, coaching with the Colorado Titans in the AAU circuit, and leading my own skill development clinics and personalized training sessions. I have 17 years of baseball experience, including pitching and playing outfield at the college level. During my career, I had the opportunity to learn from some incredible coaches who shaped the way I see the game. I worked with two former MLB hitting coaches, Tyler Holt and Brad Wilkerson, who taught me the details of hitting mechanics, approach, and preparation at a professional level. On the pitching side, I was coached by Tommy Boss, a former University of Florida standout, whose knowledge of the game and leadership on the mound helped me refine my pitching and understand the mental toughness it takes to compete. My background as a two-way player gives me a unique perspective that I now bring into coaching. I know the grind of balancing both sides of the game and the work it takes to succeed. My goal is to use that experience to help players develop their skills, grow their confidence, and maximize their potential both on and off the field.

Montana Sand is a group of multi-instrumentalists fronted by singer-songwriter AJ Montana Keyser. AJ is from Boulder, Colorado and has been playing professionally for over 8 years. They are 27 years old. The group draws their influence from a wide variety of genres, including but not limited to country, indie acoustic soul, folk, rock, bluegrass, and roots music; genres that have been the backbone to Denver’s music scene for decades. The group focuses on making music an inclusive space for all to be able to enjoy and relate to, as well as using music for mental health awareness. Montana Sand has been on line-ups for well known acts like Macklemore at Liv Golf Houston, Ryan Cassata at SXSW 2023, Janelle Monae at SXSW 2024, and Khruangbin/Sylvan Esso/Lord Huron 2025 at Outside Festival.

For over 17 years, I've honed my expertise in basketball, dedicated to fostering both skill and a genuine love for the game.
