I did football and Track at Henry Clay High school from 2007 to 2011. I played football at Eastern Kentucky University from 2012 to 2016. I ran track Unattached in 2019. I coached running backs, wide receivers, and defensive backs and Ive coached sprinters and distance runners across different regions of Kentucky.

I come a long line of football coaches in my family. What has been bestowed upon my knowledge is three important factors: willingness to push yourself, willingness to push your teammates, and willingness to learn.
