Coaching is my passion, and I’m blessed to have the opportunity to develop high-performing student-athletes while building inclusive, successful programs. It’s been an incredible journey mentoring multiple All-Conference players and an All-State, All-Met standout, but what truly fuels me is seeing my athletes grow not just as players but as people. Before moving to MD, I had the privilege of helping rebuild one of New Jersey’s most historic football programs as the Director of Coaching & Head Coach for the Paulsboro Midget Football Organization. Together, we turned the program into a powerhouse, winning six championships and creating a sense of pride and unity in the community. As a former D1-D2 athlete with 9 years of experience and coaching other teammates, I am passionate about the game of tennis and helping players of all levels reach their full potential on the court. I combine proven techniques with personalized strategies to cultivate a love for the game and achieve lasting results. Starting out as number 2 singles & doubles in high school, playing d3 in college starting as number 13; I took upon myself to get better training day in and day out by myself researching the game as well as crafting my skill. Within my sophomore year of college I moved up to D2 becoming the men’s/women’s captain while playing number 2 doubles and singles. My Junior-senior year of college I continued to hone my skills, leveling up to number 1 singles & doubles plus captain for Frostburg State University playing D1-D2 division Universities. I’m someone who has been in the position of being hungry striving to do better, which I would love to do the same for others! Happy to teach the fundamentals, help sharpen players tennis game as well as match play scenarios.

Amen is an active tennis player with a peak UTR of 11.90in singles and 12 in doubles. His ongoing experience as a player helps him deeply understand the challenges beginners or any tennis player face. He’s been coaching for 8 years and brings a wealth of experience from both competing and teaching. As an instructor at four different locations, I am deeply immersed in the vibrant world of pickleball, catering to players of all ages and skill levels. One of my latest ventures includes spearheading the introduction of pickleball at a brand-new indoor tennis location, boasting an impressive potential of 24 pickleball courts. With nearly a year of experience at my second-largest location, equipped with 14 indoor courts, I specialize in corporate functions catering to groups ranging from 50 to 200 people. In addition to my roles at these locations, I proudly serve as the top pickleball instructor for DC Park Recreational, contributing to the growth and accessibility of pickleball within the community.
