Aligning with a spiritual based yoga school, Christen has a solid foundation in the original philosophies and practices of yoga which are threaded throughout her classes; In addition to fitness, her students are guided to have a shift in consciousness, self heal, and transform their lives! While training, Christen took an interest in the chakra system and how healing the emotional body has a tremendous effect on a person's physical well being so she has created a niche in chakra healing and chakra psychology. With this in mind, Christen's classes can be themed around healing one of the 7 chakras through Asana, Kriya, Pranayama, mudra, and some dharma talk. I bring an all-court, touch-based game and hands-on coaching experience from both the US and Spain, where I’ve worked with with everyone from young children and adults beginners to seasoned amateurs and highly trained competitive players.
