While training, Christen took an interest in the chakra system and how healing the emotional body has a tremendous effect on a person's physical well being so she has created a niche in chakra healing and chakra psychology. With this in mind, Christen's classes can be themed around healing one of the 7 chakras through Asana, Kriya, Pranayama, mudra, and some dharma talk.
