Mike is the founder of Three Strand Investments, a real estate development firm in Northern New Jersey. He has been developing and renovating residential real estate since 2016. His team has completed dozens of projects from cosmetic rehabs to ground up new construction. He has overseen all aspects of construction including design, material sourcing and project management.
