Benton played #1 singles and #1 doubles at Division 1 Centerville High School in Centerville, OH, and earned a tennis scholarship at Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH. With 26 years of teaching experience, Benton has instructed at numerous clubs and resorts across the country and is a full-time teaching pro at a local year-round club.
