I coached my son and football and baseball Little League through high school. I have played baseball football and wrestling throughout my junior high and college. I know complicated offenses and defenses along with special teams. I feel I have a great mind for coaching motivation. I am tough but fair and my knowledge is being an asset to any student who’s willing to learn.

I have played varsity baseball for 4 years, as well as competitive travel ball for all of my life… and one year of JUC. I have now coached with my dad to travel ball, fall ball, local rec leagues, etc. I love to teach in fielding, as that is my strong suit as I was a second baseman, and a shortstop.

Hello my name is Demis and I am fun, local Murfreesboro tennis coach with over 19 years of playing experience and over 6 years of teaching experience! From a very young age, I have been deeply immersed in the world of tennis, starting my journey at the age of 4. My passion and also dedication led me to become a member of the Greek National Team four times-twice for the U16 and twice for the U18 categories, where I finished the year ranked as the national #1. I pursued my college tennis career at Radford University where I spent four years, earning numerous personal accolades, including “Player of the Year” and also winning the conference championship. I then transferred to Middle Tennessee State University for my final year, where we triumphed in the championship. With six years of coaching experience, I began by teaching young kids tennis and have since expanded to coaching both adults and children and have taught at country clubs and academies in New Jersey and Nantucket. I am an experienced softball coach, brining 16 years of playing experience softball, as well as 4 years of coaching ages 10-18u. I’ve played at every level all the way through college, always playing against competitive and challenging completion! I was a catcher and power hitter so my strengths in coaching are hitting and catching, but I am confident in my knowledge and skills to be able to teach all aspects of the game including mental game and college recruiting advice!
