I played high school baseball at North Crowley High School, where I earned several notable achievements, including 1st Team All-District, Defensive Player of the Year, and Pitcher of the Year. Following high school, I continued my baseball career at North Lake College, where I played for two years. After completing my college playing career, I transitioned into coaching, serving as a coach for one year. Additionally, I have spent the past two years training young athletes, ranging from ages 5 to 18, helping them develop their skills and reach their potential in the sport.

I've been a professional touring bassist and educator for 20 years. I'm a doubler both electric and upright. I have a B.M. in Music education from VCU in Richmond, VA. (Don't make a joke about your degree being a "BM") If you're still here, I'm also a guitarist and have taught strings and brass. I've taught privately and classroom settings both in-person and remotely. I bring my experiences as a performing artist and educator to guide students of all ages and levels. After graduating, I worked in finance for 10 years before starting a family and shifting careers towards fitness and athletics. I share my passion for tennis with my 2 sons who both play competitive junior tennis and we currently reside in the park cities.
