Football has a huge part of my heart, I started playing at the age of 7, ended playing my senior year of college at the age of 23. I have great experience on the defensive side of the ball most specifically defensive back. I miss it so much and I just want to give all of my knowledge back to the younger athletes. I want to produce my next great group defensive backs. I have coached the youth from ages 5-16, with that being said I have great patience. All it takes is a little work and faith!

Sean is a seasoned athlete with a rich history in sports, excelling in basketball, and football, and is now a thriving professional boxer. With an unyielding passion for fitness, he ensures every workout yields the best results. As a dedicated boxer, Sean continues to inspire others with his relentless drive and commitment to excellence.

I have boxing experience for over 18 years including teaching at a college campus, smaller sessions in parks as well as one on one at residences. My style is fluid and based on the student. Boxing is an art and we will treat it as such. We can learn simple fundamentals, do a workout, develop and mold styles, or all in one. There are no limitations. I just love being able to build relationships and enjoy the art of boxing together.

Whether strumming on guitar, plucking the bass, or picking the banjo, I've honed my craft through countless performances, often playing multiple nights a week. Now, as a guitar instructor for the past three years, I continue to share my love for music while eagerly soaking up new knowledge with each lesson.
