I’m comfortable utilizing biomechanical data (Uplift AI), retestable performance metrics (Keiser, Plyomat, Force Plate, VBT), slow motion video analysis (Edgertronic), and all applicable baseball metrics (Trackman, Rapsodo, Hawkeye) to formulate specific plans with structured goals. Created full return-to-play programs for athletes recovering from UCL reconstruction. From day 1 of rehab, to first throw, to first bullpen, to getting drafted and signing a D1 letter of intent. Wrote code to compile all performance metrics with the goal of showing closest correlation to the outputs we want.
