All you'll need are comfortable athletic clothes, tennis shoes, and a water bottle for hydration. If you have a paddle, feel free to bring it, and I will bring my paddles as well. Most importantly, bring your enthusiasm and a positive attitude to enjoy the wonderful game of pickleball!

Bring whatever you want that supports healthy play such as fitness clothes, hydration liquids, court shoes, your smile, positive fun attitude, excitement, negative energy you want to put into the ball, anything you have really, bring a friend too why not.

Just a pair of court shoes (tennis, pickleball, or basketball shoes). No open-toe shoes/flip flops. Running shoes are not preferred as they are not meant for side-to-side movement. Bring water or non carbonated drink for hydration.

I focus on making the lessons fun and keeping them moving to promote fitness while playing the game.
