Hello my name is Allen and I am a local Milwaukee tennis coach with over 40 years of playing experience and over 11 years of teaching experience! After I retired as a Senior Graphic Designer in 2009, I turned my attention to another life-long passion, tennis! Since then, I have earned three gold as well as five silver medals in tennis while participating in the Senior Olympics. I have also been a boys and girls tennis coach at Brookfield Central High School since 2013 and served as the head tennis coach for Mount Mary University located in Milwaukee (NCAA Division 3) in 2016. I am currently employed as a tennis instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tennis is great fun! It’s a lifetime sport that brings many rich benefits. Learning to play tennis well brings a sense of fulfillment and self-confidence. I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). My tennis journey began early, earning a USTA Wisconsin Boys 10 & Under ranking of No. 3 in 2007. In high school, I was named the 2011 MVP at Germantown High School after an impressive 20+ match win streak, and later competed for Nicolet High School, where I was the No. 2 seed in Doubles in the WIAA State Division 1. I then went on to play for the UW-Whitewater Men’s Tennis team from 2016–2019.
