Bob is a very experienced coach with great communication skills. He often extends the coaching session without compensation if he feels the students need more time. He is my go to guy for skills development.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson begins with 3 simple stretching exercises, an introduction to the pickleball court, the different types of paddles, explaining power vs placement, simple dinking drills to get players comfortable with paddle and ball, a dinking game to introduce scoring, court strokes both forehand and backhand, serving, a few basic rules such as what constitutes a kitchen violation, the 2 bounce rule and finally a full court game. All of this us covered in a 2-hour session.
