Your first lessonEvaluate whether you can drop 9/10 balls into kitchen. Evaluate transition zone resets and control. Evaluate shot selection. Then address and improve each discipline with a strong foundation and mental strategy.
Lesson 11+Master consistency, improve shot selection, strategy, proper footwork court positioning, master resets, offensive and defensive lob, when to use and placement mechanics.
