Tyler’s coaching style feels more like learning from a friend than a typical lesson, and honestly, that helps me stay relaxed. Though I think advancing my proficiency would really bring the lesson to life, especially with the LESSON_HIGHLIGHT in mind. Still, I appreciate the straightforward, pressure-free atmosphere, and I think with more practice I’ll be able to push my comfort zone further. Definitely worth trying if you're looking to improve your surfing in a natural, easy-going way.

How it works

What you need to bringWater can be cold. Now that summers here we can get away without wetsuits but if you get cold easy I recommend renting one. I have all the boards necessary for any skill type All you need to bring is a towel, swimwear and a water bottle is recommended. I have face sunscreen designed for surfing Rash guard can be provided, but not necessary. I personally wear a regular t-shirt in the water when I’m surfing in boardshorts and want to prevent rashes.

What I can bring8’0 foam board 6’0 foam board Variety of fiberglass short boards, (intermediate coaching sessions only) A few sizes of wetsuits available (working on increasing my inventory to include all sizes soon!)

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
