Beginner training plan

Your first lessonThe first lesson I evaluate numerous things such as your movement and technique to asses your overall level of game.

Lesson 11+Here other factors may be added as a challenge to hit the shot such as adding movement while hitting the forehand or feeding various types of balls to you. If you’ve mastered rally’s with the first skill then we would move on to the next skill.

Lesson 4-10We will still spend time working on the skill with drop feeds and target practice.

Lesson 2-3A beginner can expect me to hone in on one skill first to master it before moving on to another skill. For example a lot of time would be spent on the forehand vs both the forehand and backhand.

What you need to bringIf you wish to play with green dot or orange dot balls bring that yourself. Your own personal racquet is also best to bring to lessons.

What I can bringI bring my own set of balls that are regular. I also can provide a racket if needed. For foot work drills I provide my own ladder and other additional equipment.

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

I’ve been playing tennis for 15 years, growing up in Atlanta, GA, where my passion for the game took root. I’m currently competing in professional ITF tournaments to make it onto the WTA tour. As a junior, I achieved a 10 UTR and competed in numerous Southern and National tournaments, often playing in older age groups. In high school, I led my team to its first-ever state championship, going undefeated at the line 1 position. I finished my high school career as a 4-star recruit and attended the University of Georgia, where I focused on academics with plans to attend medical school while continuing to hone my tennis skills. Now, training with former pros, I’m eager to share what I’ve learned with others, helping them elevate their game and enjoy the journey!
