Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will mainly be focused on assessing the skills level of the players and identifying their strengths and weaknesses.
Lesson 11+Players will slowly grow their skills on the court as lessons progress.
Lesson 4-10Once fundamentals have been adequately learned, the lesson will shift towards working on specific weaknesses and techniques on the court.
Lesson 2-3Focus on fundamentals to build a strong base that can be worked on.
Youth players
Working with kidsLessons for kids will be mostly focus on learning basic techniques such as proper forehand and back hand techniques, proper footwork on the court and basic server technique.
