Your first lesson6 minute chat about what you know about tennis and where you want to get to. Start with basic hand eye and racket drills and work into hitting drills to start to work on your control and direction of the ball.

Lesson 11+Volley and net drills to improve agility and proper footwork. Start to add power to and location drills.
Lesson 4-1050 minutes of drills and working on technique
