Bio: Namaste! I'm Rob, a passionate yogi, and traveler, from Utah. I completed my 200-Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India, the birthplace of Ashtanga. With a deep-rooted love for meditation, I further honed my practice at the Isha Yoga Center and explored the spiritual teachings of Advaita Vedanta Yoga Philosophy in Dharamshala, India. As a psychology major and business management minor at BYU, I bring a holistic approach to my yoga instruction. When I'm not flowing through vinyasas, you'll find me exploring vibrant cultures across Latin America, Europe, and India. Fluent in Spanish, conversational in Chinese, and with a taste for adventure, I can't wait to share the transformative magic of yoga with you.
