Bio: Welcome to Golf Lessons by P. Kollar, where passion meets precision in the charming city of Fountain Valley, CA. Mile Square Golf Club is my home course, where you’ll often find me working on my game.
As a dedicated golf instructor, I specialize in offering a personalized coaching lesson in golf.
Whether you're a beginner eager to learn the basics and fundamentals of the game or intermediate player aiming to refine your overall golfing ability, the lessons I implement are designed to enhance your overall golf game, while most importantly helping you to enjoy your time spent practicing.
As a graduate of Golf Academy of America, Carlsbad, California (sadly no longer in business), I studied the psychology of golf, complex teaching and course management. I also learned how to build a set of golf clubs as well as mastering the complex rules of golf, and the overall fundamentals of how to coach and instruct students.
During my 2 years at GAA, I quickly excelled, making the competitive Club Golf Team.
I came to learn that there are no two identical golf swings. It is my job to assist you to find the mechanically correct way to improve your swing and develop your game.
Whenever you’re ready to lower that scorecard, I’m ready to be your coach!
Bio: With two decades dedicated to perfecting swings based on your individual mechanics, I blend time-honored techniques with personalized insights, ensuring every golfer finds their best game. My coaching philosophy centers on fostering both skill and a genuine love for the sport. Join me to elevate your golf journey.
I amself-taughtt primarily. Played competitive golf in the 2000s and still play recreationally. I have been coached by my stable of professional tour players and PGA coaches over the years. I have studied the golf swing extensively via individual mechanics. I do not change someone's swing based on textbook, but I do ensure the basics are flawless. Grip, stance, posture and alignment are essential. I help players improve within their own abilities and tendencies to recreate and reinforce positive patterns.
Bio: With over 30 years of golf experience and 15 years dedicated to teaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to the game. As a former college-level player on a golf scholarship, and with a current handicap of 1.2, I understand the demands and rewards of competitive play. I work with golfers of all skill levels, focusing on etiquette and rules to ensure players understand the foundational aspects of golf, building a strong base for a solid game, perfecting technique to improve performance, emphasizing critical skills for on-course success in short games and putting, and sharing extensive knowledge of 18-hole play strategies. My teaching approach is rooted in making the game enjoyable while driving improvement. I am committed to helping my students excel in both technique and course navigation, cultivating talent, and instilling a love for golf. Whether we’re honing skills on the range or strategizing for success on the course, I am dedicated to guiding golfers toward their full potential.
Bio: As a former D1 athlete with 12 years of coaching experience, I tailor instruction to help golfers of all levels reach their full potential. I combine proven techniques with a personalized approach for impactful results and an enjoyable learning experience. Let's elevate your game together!
