With nearly five years of pickleball instruction and podium finishes at the 5.0+ level, I help athletes of all levels with skill development and strategic thinking. I’m open for one-on-one and group sessions. I can often find you a compatible lesson partner when schedules mesh. I have 25 years of fitness coaching experience with an expertise in injury reduction. I train and work with pickleball athletes on and off court. Pickleball is a footwork sport and I love teaching players the important details — whether it be technique or strategies for on court success. Your goals are my goals — I work to help you shine and be a force on court!

Science-based approach, focused on clear technical instruction, high-repetition, and game-based learning to build reliable fundamentals and gameplay IQ. Sessions consist of drills, skills training, and match play. Paddle selection 101 and free trials of varying paddle types are also included. Bring water and be ready for a fun workout :)
