Paddle if you have one, court shoes, water bottle

I provide balls, and if needed, have paddles to borrow too. Bring your paddle if you have one, water, small towel, and wear light comfortable active wear plus non-marking court shoes that have good lateral support.

Wear whatever you are most comfortable in… athletic/workout attire & tennis shoes. Recommend bringing a hat or sunglasses & a water bottle.

Lessons for kids are designed using a constraint-led approach and are conducted based on age of students. Age 8-under will incorporate more appropriate methods for their motor skill level, whereas 9 and older can incorporate more advanced skill learning.

I go much slower with younger children, as I’m cautious of how this could be someone’s first sport ever or well on their way to becoming a prodigy… either way, it’s an important experience and I take it seriously!
