Bio: As a high-performance coach, I've had the privilege of coaching my daughter and her teammate to become All-American collegiate tennis players. My daughter has since transitioned to professional pickleball, winning a silver medal on the PPA tour and competing against top players like Anna Leigh Waters and Ben Johns. I continue to support her career by advising and drilling with her regularly. Now, I am a 4.5 pickleball player, author and podcaster. Bio: I'm a passionate pickleball player and coach with a 4.0 skill level and over four years of experience playing locally. My love for racket sports started with tennis, where I found success in high school, winning at the district level. This sparked my interest in pickleball, and now I'm excited to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with you! My coaching covers everything from the fundamentals to advanced skills and drills, including mastering those tricky shots like smashes, lobs, and volleys. We'll also focus on strategy and footwork, so you can dominate the court. Bio: 4.0+ pickleball level. Been playing racket sports from a very young age: a couple of years of serious tennis, 5 years of serious "Padel Tennis", some Racquetball, Badminton, and countless hours of serious Ping Pong with a few tournaments wins under his belt. Started playing pickleball 14 years ago and has really picked up on it as his favorite racket sport since the pandemic, quickly becoming very passionate about it and about teaching it as well. He'll teach you tips and tricks to improve your game to very quickly turn you into a serious contender.
Bio: Melissa played division 1 college tennis at Idaho state university. She started playing pickleball 4 years ago and have been competing in pro pickleball tournaments. She have a passion for sports and coaching. Melissa's goal is to help player improve while having a fun time.
Bio: I bring an aggressive style of play to the game. Either by attacking or creating opportunities to end the point. I brought this mindset from a tennis background and incorporated this strategy to my Pickleball game since I started. I focus on helping players of all levels improve their technique, strategy, and confidence on the court. I am super passionate about helping players of all levels elevate their game. Through engaging drills and personalized instruction, I foster a fun learning environment that empowers you to reach your full potential on the court.
Bio: For over three decades, I've immersed myself in the worlds of Badminton and Ping Pong, blending these passions into the dynamic sport of Pickleball. My dedication and skill recently earned me a thrilling first-place victory at the City of Irving Rec Center doubles tournament. As both a player and coach, I thrive in indoor settings, preferring the controlled environment over outdoor courts, where I occasionally step onto the court to test my abilities.
Bio: Sheena has been playing pickleball for the past three years and has quickly established herself as a skilled competitor. She has competed in the PPA with a 4.0 rating in singles and has achieved success in both league play and mixed tournaments, winning multiple events. Bio: I'm planning my retirement in Panama, where I hope to obtain my pickleball instructor's license and continue sharing my love for the game. With two years of playing experience and a 4.0 DUPR rating, I'm eager to help beginners discover the joy of pickleball. I've already been coaching informally for a year, and I'm excited to make it official and guide new players on their pickleball journey in my new home.
Bio: Iβm a former 7th grade science teacher with a passion for tennis and coaching, and I'm a certified PPR and Level 2 IPTPA Pickleball Instructor. Throughout my career, Iβve earned several medals in singles, mixed doubles, and womenβs doubles competitions across the country. After knee surgery, I adapted to playing in a wheelchair, becoming a US Open Gold Medalist in Wheelchair Doubles and a Silver Medalist in Hybrid Doubles. As a board member for the Para Pickleball Program, I'm dedicated to making the sport accessible to everyone and am on a mission to grow our Junior Program, welcoming players of all ages.
