We focused on catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble shooting, conditioning, basketball IQ, and game-like situations. The catch-and-shoot drills really helped me get my shot off quicker and more efficiently. I also improved my off-the-dribble shooting, especially creating my own shot and staying balanced. The conditioning part was tough, but it pushed me to play at a higher intensity without getting as tired. One thing that stood out was the IQ training—we went over decision-making and understanding the game better, which helped me see the court differently. The game-like situations tied everything together and made the workouts feel realistic and competitive. Overall, it was a great experience.
