Golf shoes or tennis shoes that don’t have a high heel.( you’ll notice that on some running shoes the sole makes it so that your heel sits way above your toes) -make sure to use sunscreen and bring a water bottle(for outdoor lessons)

I do this with adults as well but if we can turn our practice into a game then you can improve and have fun at the same time. Golf is a game we play for fun or relaxation, sometimes that’s easy to forget.
