What I liked most about Adriana as a coach is that she doesn't let you settle. It demands you, but it also encourages you all the time. He made me feel that he could really reach the level he needed for the tryouts, and he was not wrong. Their workouts are intense, but they are worth every second. It has a clinical eye to detect technical errors and gives you super useful tools to correct them. Excellent coach.

Training with Adriana has been a before and after in my game. I already had technique, but I felt that I was missing something. She knew how to see my weak points immediately and helped me polish them with super personalized exercises. He also taught me not to give up mentally when things don't go the way I want.
